Believe
I will believe women who tell me they have been harassed, assaulted, or abused. I will not demand proof before I offer support. I will not ask what she was wearing or why she didn't leave. I will say: I believe you.
Act
I will act when I witness harassment or assault. I will speak up when other men make jokes that normalize violence. I will step in when someone is at risk. I will not look the other way.
Teach
I will teach other men to do the same. I will talk to my sons, my friends, my colleagues. I will use my influence to change the culture around me, not just my own behavior.
